Thank you for agreeing to participate in the above Neon Moon Burlesque and Cabaret Club event.
Please be aware that many of our venues are historic buildings and as such we request your upmost respect.
All stands and displays must be free standing and secure and nothing can be attached to the building, walls or furniture.
You will be held liable for any damage caused.
The areas are often dimly lit, please bring your own display lights and all power cables with you. We ask that any lights are directed at your stock/table and have minimal spill.
Please clear up after yourself. If anything does happen please let Catherine Watling (Director/Event Manager Neon Moon) or Jamie Powell (Boutique Manager) know immediately so that we can deal with it appropriately. Do NOT cover it up! Thank You!

Your pitch consists of:
– The space agreed with the Boutique Manager.
– A table, two chairs
– Entrance for two persons (yourself or a representative and an assistant).
– Active promotion on our e-newsletter, Facebook and blog dependent on promo info and images provided by the trader.
Pitch fee is £50.00.
Once your booking is confirmed by us we will send you a paypal invoice from Jamie Powell (Boutique manager)
Please ensure this is paid promptly.
In the event that a stall holder wishes to cancel his/her booking for the Neon Moon please do let us know. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
CONTACT Please provide us with your contact MOBILE PHONE NUMBER so that we can contact you in case of emergencies, and please provide the names of everyone in your party so that we can ensure they’re on the guest list. This ensures people can still get in even if they arrive after doors open.
DOCUMENTATION. For your safety and ours, stall holders must provide copies of their current Local Authority Registration and Employers Liability Insurance where applicable.
All traders are required to have their own Public Liability Insurance to be displayed on the stall. All food traders are required to have a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate and Food Handling Certificate.
Electrical items must be PAT tested.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS Do you have any special requirements– lighting, electrical hook up, wifi? If so please let us know immediately firstname.lastname@example.org
There are limitations to the way we can physically attach things to the buildings and as such all displays must be free standing and in good and safe order. You will have a minimum of 1 6ft trestle table space. (Please contact us for your allocation) Please bring all extensions leads, lights, table coverings, clothing rails, hangars etc. with you. Battery operated lights (fairy lights/lanterns etc.) work best.
LOAD-IN / LOAD-OUT: If you have a lot of setting up to do please email us to organise timings. Please ensure that you have cleared everything away by the end of the night. Some venues have parking and some do not. Please check on the evening for availability or advice on local parking.
Doors open at 8.00pm, last entry 9.45pm, end 2.00am
Please arrive by 5pm (earlier by request) to allow time to set up and familiarise yourself.
There is a GROUP MEETING at 7.30 in the Main Hall that everyone is required to attend.
Please be ready by 7.45 for when doors open at 8.00pm
STORAGE/ VALUABLES / LOST PROPERTY: We cannot take responsibility for valuables. Please look after your own property.
DATA – We do not pass on any of your data and only hold it to advise you of future events. By submitting an application form it is assumed that you are happy to share this data with us and for us to keep it on record. If you do not wish future contact then please contact us and we will remove you from our database.
